Simple staff guidance for using eeziCRM confidently.
Open Prospects, select Add Prospect, and enter the organization or donor details with owner, priority and notes.
Open a prospect and add the relevant CSR, foundation, HNI advisor or partner contact person.
Create an opportunity once the prospect has a clear partnership, grant, donation or project possibility.
Log calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn messages, meetings and internal notes so the relationship history stays complete.
Create a follow-up with date, owner and priority after every meaningful outreach.
Create a proposal from an opportunity when a concept note, CSR proposal or partnership note is needed.
Open Today to see overdue work, follow-ups due today, meetings, proposals due and prospects needing verification.
Use the language selector in the top bar or account settings. Donor-facing outputs remain English by default.
Make sure each completed call, email, meeting, proposal update and next follow-up is logged before closing the day.
